Grilled scallops apples
The elegant sweetness of the scallops and the aroma of the apples go well with wine and other items.
How to make it

Grate the apples together with the skin, add apple cider vinegar and light soy sauce and mix together.

Cut the scallops in half horizontally and add [1] and marinate for about 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, put it in a bowl and serve with sliced apples and ready.
