This dish is made with golden-eyed sea bream, full of umami flavor. This time I used Satomo potatoes as the ingredients, but you can substitute them with your favorite vegetables.

How to make it

Put all the ingredients in the broth in a pot and heat over medium heat. Once it boils, add the golden-eyed snapper head and bite-sized sardine potatoes.

Remove any scum, then cover with aluminum foil and simmer for about 20 minutes. As long as it gets boiled and the broth becomes drizzled.

Remove from heat and serve in a bowl. Add your favorite bluish tint, bok choy, rape flowers, and more.
