Golden eyebrow snapper with soy sauce

How to make it

Put all the ingredients for the broth into a pot and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, add the alfonsino heads and the sweet potatoes cut into bite-sized pieces

Remove the scum, cover with aluminum foil, and simmer for about 20 minutes

Remove from heat and serve in a serving dish. Garnish with your favorite greens such as leaf buds, bok choy, or rape blossoms
