Spicy fried noodles

Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and fry the minced pork, pounding it with the back of a ladle until it is finely chopped
Once the meat is cooked through, add the garlic and ginger. Once fragrant, add the seasonings (A) and continue to stir-fry
Once the minced meat is flavored, add the bean sprouts and stir fry
Add the basic yakisoba noodles and powdered sansho pepper to [3] and stir-fry over high heat to evaporate the moisture
To finish, sprinkle on some more powdered sansho pepper
