Frozen tofu with vermicelli stewed with spinach

Heat 1 tablespoon of scallion oil in a frying pan and fry the pork and garlic.

Once the garlic smells, add the alcohol and Chinese soup and add the pork to the soup.

Add the frozen tofu cut into rectangular shapes, cover and simmer for about 3 minutes.

Once the soup has soaked into the frozen tofu, add vermicelli and spinach.

Season with salt and sugar, then pour in scallion oil to finish off.
