Frozen tofu stewed with vermicelli and spinach

Heat 1 tablespoon of scallion oil in a frying pan and fry the pork and garlic
When the garlic becomes fragrant, add the sake and Chinese soup stock and let the pork soak in the soup
Add the frozen tofu cut into rectangles, cover and simmer for about 3 minutes
Once the soup has soaked into the frozen tofu, add the vermicelli and spinach
Season with salt and sugar and finish by drizzling onion oil
