Steamed amberjack

Thickly cut the amberjack into pre-treated pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat the seasoned amberjack in the microwave for about 3 minutes.
To heat <A> in a frying pan, place it over a microwave oven [2] to melt it.

Serve with shredded white green onions, heat 2 tablespoons of balm in a frying pan to a high temperature and pour over the white onions. Serve with cilantro if you like.
