Steamed amberjack

Cut the prepared amberjack into thick chunks and season with salt and pepper
Heat the seasoned amberjack in the microwave for about 3 minutes
Heat (A) in a frying pan until melted, then pour over (2) heated in the microwave
Add the julienned white onions and heat 2 tablespoons of fragrant oil in a frying pan over high heat, then drizzle it over the onions. Garnish with coriander to taste
