How to make it

Wipe away any moisture from the mozuku, sprinkle with flour and mix lightly.

Pour the basic batter into appropriate amounts and divide it into easy-to-eat pieces and fry it in hot oil.

Fry for about 5 minutes and then brown it, drain the oil and finish. Add some tempura soup or salt.
