Wipe off the moisture from the mozuku seaweed thoroughly, sprinkle with flour and mix lightly
After applying the basic batter to an appropriate amount, divide into bite-sized pieces and fry in hot oil
Deep fry for about 5 minutes until golden brown, then drain the oil and serve. Serve with tempura sauce and salt
