White beans and green onions pasta
The white bean puree is creamy yet light and packed with nutrients. Give it a try.
Chop the green onions finely
Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic and chili peppers
Once the garlic becomes fragrant, add the green onions, white beans and puree, bring to a light boil and turn into a sauce
Add the boiled pasta and adjust the consistency with the cooking water and olive oil. Serve in a serving dish and sprinkle with Italian parsley to finish
