Shiitake mushroom and meat miso

Finely chop the stems of the shiitake mushrooms (you can also use the whole mushrooms)
Add the shiitake mushrooms (1) and the ingredients (A) to the pot and mix with a spatula
Once everything is well mixed, put it on the fire and heat it over medium heat while scraping the bottom of the pot
Once the ground meat is cooked through, the meat miso is ready
Spread butter on the surface of the bread and spread the meat miso on top
The bamboo meat miso sandwich is then sandwiched between another slice of bread and cut into bite-sized pieces
