How to make it

Add 1 tsp salt to the boiling water. Add the bean sprouts and boil until soft.

Run it down a colander and drain it.

Mix [2] bean sprouts, sudachi, Hachimi Bijin, and dark soy sauce in a bowl.

Mix the shattered roasted seaweed into pieces and complete the process.

    1 tsp
  • Bean sprouts
    250g
  • Sudachi lemon juice can also be used as a substitute
    2 tsp
  • Happo-mibijin (can be used as a substitute with soy sauce + mirin)
    1 tablespoon
  • Dark soy sauce
    1/2 tbsp
  • Tart it into roasted seaweed
