Mackerel can sandwich

There's no fishy smell of mackerel at all, and it's like a tuna mayonnaise sandwich.
Even children who don't like fish can enjoy it.
Make sure to remove the spiciness from the onions.
How to make it
1

Thinly slice the onion perpendicular to the grain, soak in water for a few minutes, then drain well

2

Mix the room temperature butter and mustard thoroughly and spread generously on the surface of the bread

3

Spread butter on top, add a moderate amount of mayonnaise, and top with lettuce

4

Next, place the shredded canned boiled mackerel and blanched onion on three of the six slices of bread

5

Place the canned mackerel on top of the other piece of bread, cover with a cheesecloth, press lightly with your hands, and let it sit for a few minutes

6

Remove the cloth and cut into bite-sized pieces
