How to make it

Put the peeled figs, granulated sugar and lemon juice in a pot and heat it.

Using a spatula, crush the figs and simmer over medium heat.

Mix frequently with a spatula to prevent it from burning. Once it has thickened, transfer it to a bat to remove the rough heat and complete it.
