Deep-fried chikuwa with green laver batter
It has a strong aroma and becomes fragrant when fried

Cut the chikuwa into bite-sized pieces and coat the entire surface with plain flour
Add 2 tablespoons of green laver to the basic batter and mix well. Add the chikuwa (fish cake) from [1] and coat with the batter
Fry (2) in oil heated to 170-180°C for 2-3 minutes
Once the batter is crispy, drain the oil and place on a plate. Serve with sliced lemon
