How to make it

Cut the chikuwa into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle the whole with cake flour.

Add 2 tablespoons of green paste to the basic batter and mix well. Put the chikuwa from [1] here and put on the coat.

Fry [2] in frying oil heated to 170-180°C for 2-3 minutes.

When the batter is crispy, drain the oil and place on a plate. Serve with cut lemon.
