Chikuwa asparagus wrapped in bacon

Pre-boil the asparagus to make it soft. Fill this into the chikuwa hole.

[1] Sprinkle thinly with cake flour on the surface of the chikuwa. Wrap the bacon evenly around it. Use a toothpick to prevent it from unraveling.

Heat the frying pan and bake [2]. Add 2 tablespoons of bonito soup stock to the bacon that has been browned.

Roll the chikuwa and fry it while baking to remove any moisture.

While it's hot, remove the toothpick and cut it into pieces that are easy to eat and you're done.
