Chikuwa asparagus wrapped in bacon

Parboil the asparagus to soften it, then stuff it into the holes in the chikuwa
[1] Lightly dust the surface of the chikuwa with plain flour. Wrap the bacon evenly around it. Use a toothpick to prevent it from unraveling
Heat a frying pan and fry [2]. Once the bacon has browned, add 2 tablespoons of bonito stock
Fry the chikuwa while rolling it to evaporate the moisture
Remove the toothpicks while it's still hot and cut it into bite-sized pieces
