Yogurt strawberries

The yogurt is pre-drained with a colander to give it a creamy taste. Marinate the strawberries with granulated sugar. The key is to use the sugar that comes from the yogurt. Kataoka recipes use orange liqueur, but if you like it, try it with a variety of Western liquors.

Make drained yogurt. Place a colander on top of a bowl, lay kitchen paper on top, and top with yogurt. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for at least an hour (even overnight is OK).

Cut the strawberries in half lengthwise, sprinkle with granulated sugar and mix lightly. Add orange liqueur and lemon juice, mix and season.

Add chopped mint 1 to 2 and mix.
