Yogurt strawberries

Drain the yogurt in a colander beforehand to give it a creamy taste. Marinate the strawberries in granulated sugar. The key is to use the sugar that comes with the yogurt. Kataoka's recipe uses orange liqueur, but if you like it, try using a variety of western spirits

How to make it

Make strained yogurt. Place a strainer over a bowl, line it with kitchen paper, and place the yogurt on top. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator for at least an hour (overnight is fine)

Cut the strawberries in half lengthwise, sprinkle with granulated sugar and mix lightly. Add orange liqueur and lemon juice and mix to season
