Yogurt strawberries

Make drained yogurt. Place a colander on top of a bowl, lay kitchen paper on top, and top with yogurt. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for at least an hour (even overnight is OK).

Cut the strawberries in half lengthwise, sprinkle with granulated sugar and mix lightly. Add orange liqueur and lemon juice, mix and season.

Add chopped mint 1 to 2 and mix.
