Banana mousse

Place the banana in a bowl, mash it with a fork, mix in lemon juice, kirsch and 1 tablespoon granulated sugar.
Put the fresh cream in another bowl, add 1 tablespoon granulated sugar and turn it into a 8 minute break, chilling it with ice water.

Add 2 to 1 and mix lightly, then add chocolate and walnuts and mix gently.
Put the egg whites and remaining granulated sugar in a separate bowl and whisk thoroughly until the corners are formed, then place in 3, and mix with a rubber spatula to prevent the foam from crushing.

Put 4 in a glass and put it in the freezer, and when it hardens, pour over it with raspberry sauce, place the raspberry in the center, and sprinkle with pistachios.
