Grilled chicken breast in pine

Place the crushed pineapple and chicken breast in a plastic bag and let it sit in the fridge overnight. Return to room temperature before cooking.

Cut the chicken breast into openings to make it easier to cook and make cuts.

Without oil, put the frying pan over high heat and grill the chicken breast through the skin. Add the marinated pineapple as well.

Once the browning is on, add water, remove it with aluminum foil and cover. Once the moisture has disappeared, sprinkle some salt, turn it over and cook it for another 5 minutes.

Remove on a cutting board, cut into pieces that are easy to eat, and topped with mustard grains if desired.
