Onion and anchovies pasta

The sweetness of the slowly fried onions and the salty anchovies go well together, creating a delicious sauce. It's very salty, so thick pasta is better. If you simmer too much onions, add some water.

How to make it

Slice the onion into thin slices.

Put A in a frying pan and heat over high heat, then turn low heat until the garlic is boiling and fry until golden brown.

Add the onions and fry until they are amber-colored, melt-in-your-colored, then add anchovies, spaghetti boiling soup (about 80ml), and parsley (1 tsp).

Boil the spaghetti until it is slightly firm. (Approximately: about 1 minute before the displayed time)

Place on a plate and sprinkle the rest of the parsley and you're done.
