Baked Brussels sprouts with soy milk and cheese
Cut off the roots of the Brussels sprouts and make cross cuts with a hidden knife
Heat a frying pan with olive oil over high heat, add the Brussels sprouts and peeled cherry onions and fry
Once the surface has browned, add the adjusted soy milk, bring to a boil, then add the cherry tomatoes. Cover with aluminum foil and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes
Remove the lid and top with pizza cheese. Cover with the lid again and simmer for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is completely melted
