Brussels sprouts grilled soy milk cheese

Cut off the base of the Brussels sprouts and place a hidden knife in a cross.

Put a frying pan with olive oil over high heat and add the Brussels sprouts and peeled mini onions and fry.

Once the surface is browned, add the prepared soy milk, and after a stew, add the cherry tomatoes. Cover with aluminum foil and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.

Remove the drop lid and place the pizza cheese on top. Cover again and simmer for about 1-2 minutes, and when the cheese has completely dissolved, it's finished.
