Omelette with coriander sauce

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them until lightly beaten, then add [A] and the chopped ham and mix well
Heat a frying pan with salad oil over high heat, pour in [1] and make an omelet
Once it has solidified, remove it onto a plate
Put the coriander puree and sugar in a frying pan and heat to make the sauce
Pour the sauce (4) over the omelet and it's done
