Hot pot

Slice the pork belly thinly. Cut the peppers, paprika and green onions into the same size.

Treat the cabbage into a size that is easy to eat with your hands and apply light pressure to it.

Add 1 tablespoon of scallion oil to a heated frying pan, add the cabbage, chopped vegetables from [1], and pork and stir-fry. Once the whole thing is cooked, remove it on a plate.

Heat 1 tablespoon of scallion oil again, add all [A] and mix well over medium heat.

Once the seasonings are boiling, add the ingredients you have taken out on a plate and stir-fry over high heat, then add sesame oil and chili oil to create a scent, and it's finished.
