Celery soup
Put the bonito stock, celery leaves and strings into a pot and heat
After simmering for about 20 minutes, remove from heat and transfer to a strainer lined with a cloth
Squeeze the cloth and strain the celery soup. It will be easier if you press down on it with a bowl or something similar
Pour the soup into bowls and top with chopped green onions to taste
