Celery soup
Place the bonito dashi, celery leaves and streaks in a pot and heat it.
Simmer for about 20 minutes and remove from the heat. Remove into a strainer with a soaking cloth.
Squeeze the soaking cloth and strain the celery soup. It's easier to hold it down from above with a bowl or something similar.
Pour the soup into a bowl and topped with chopped clams to your liking.
