Cucumber and pickled mustard greens porridge
This refreshing porridge is seasoned with the saltiness of pickled mustard greens. It's the perfect dish for those summer days when you don't have much of an appetite
How to make it

Lightly rinse the mustard greens to remove salt and cut into thin strips

Put rice, water, and the pickled mustard greens (1) in a pot and bring to a boil

Once boiling, add the beaten eggs little by little
4
Add the julienned cucumber and remove from heat

Serve in a bowl and it's finished.
