Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and fry the shimeji mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and king oyster mushrooms until fragrant

Once the sesame aroma is released, add the basic yakisoba noodles and stir-fry to evaporate the moisture
To finish, drizzle with sesame oil to add flavor. Sprinkle with kinome (leaf buds) to taste
