Abalone gratin style

Please also refer to this page for information on the ingredients introduced in this recipe.
Make a white sauce. Place commercially available white sauce and soy milk in a small pot and heat it to make it smooth.

Remove the abalone from its shell and divide it into liver and flesh. Remove the shell from the dirt with a scrubber, then pour it into boiling water to disinfect it.

Cut the abalone meat into pieces about 5mm thick, place in a buttered frying pan, and quickly fry over high heat.

Approximately 2 tablespoons of [2] white sauce in the abalone shell. Place the abalone flesh and lightly blanched abalone liver, pour breadcrumbs and cheese on the toaster.

Bake for about 10 minutes, then remove from the toaster when it is browned just right. When placing it on a plate, it is a good idea to create a ring-shaped foundation with aluminum foil and place it on it. Topped with parsley if desired and complete.
