A dish made from cotton tofu sprinkled with dried okara and baked. It's a light dish, but the butter is added to add richness.

How to make it

Cut the tofu into pieces about 1.5cm thick and sprinkle with dried okara (see separate recipe).

Heat a frying pan with salad oil and grill the tofu from [1].

Once both sides are browned, add unsalted butter and remove from heat.

Serve in a bowl and pour in soup made with water and water.
