Marinated radish and carrots with ragweed

All three types of radish are thinly sliced, easy to eat, and soak in a bowl filled with water for about 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, wipe off the moisture from the radish and mix with the crow powder. Add a pinch of salt.

Arrange the three colors of the radish on a plate so that they are evenly distributed, and sprinkle some roe powder (not included in the portion) around it.

Slice the roe into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle them on [3], then place Italian parsley in the center. Sprinkle with olive oil and pour lemon juice and black pepper on it.
