Tenkasu and young shoot soba

Combine the water with Happo Bijin and put it in a pot to warm it up and make soba soup.

In [1], add boiled soba noodles and sliced wakame, sliced into easy-to-eat sizes, and warm them up.

Place soba noodles, wakame, kaiwaki radish, and white green onions in a bowl, pour the soba soup and it's finished.
