When making a batter, make the amount of eggs and water so that the amount of flour is the same as the amount of flour. When frying onions, sticking a stove from the side will make it less likely to fall apart.

How to make it
1

[Make a batter] Split the egg into a bowl, add water, and mix the thick part of the white meat using chopsticks.

2

White foam will appear on the surface, so remove the foam.

3

Once the foam is removed, add the flour and whisk to make a batter to fuse the egg mixture with the flour.

4

Cut the new onions into 5 equal portions and sprinkle them all with cake flour (not included in the amount). Stick a toothpick from the side to prevent it from falling apart.

5

Dip the onion from [4] into the batter you made and fry in hot oil for about 3.5 minutes.

6

Once it's fried, take it out into a batter, remove the toothpick, place it on a plate, and serve with grated radish and it's ready.
