Onion Tempura

[Make a batter] Split the egg into a bowl, add water, and mix the thick part of the white meat using chopsticks.

White foam will appear on the surface, so remove the foam.

Once the foam is removed, add the flour and whisk to make a batter to fuse the egg mixture with the flour.

Cut the new onions into 5 equal portions and sprinkle them all with cake flour (not included in the amount). Stick a toothpick from the side to prevent it from falling apart.

Dip the onion from [4] into the batter you made and fry in hot oil for about 3.5 minutes.

Once it's fried, take it out into a batter, remove the toothpick, place it on a plate, and serve with grated radish and it's ready.
