Onion Tempura
[Make the batter] Crack the eggs into a bowl, add water and mix the thick egg whites with chopsticks
White foam will form on the surface, so remove it
After removing the foam, add the flour and whisk to combine the egg mixture and flour to make the batter
Cut the spring onion into 5 equal slices and coat with plain flour (not listed). Insert a toothpick into the side of the onion to prevent it from falling apart
Dip the onions in the batter (4) and fry in hot oil for about 3.5 minutes
Once fried, remove from the frying pan, remove the toothpicks, place on a plate and garnish with grated daikon radish
