Persimmon sauce
Persimmons can be delicious even when ripe. This time it's a sweet sauce so it goes well with ice cream, but when made with olive oil or salt, it's a refreshing sauce that goes well with juicy meats and salads.
How to make it

Chop the persimmon into choy.

Place the cut persimmons in a bowl, add sugar, lemon juice, white wine and brandy and mix lightly.
