How to make it

Chop the tomatoes all over.

Heat the basic chicken and clam soup in a pot and add the tomatoes and clams. Season with salt, pepper and balm.

Spin the beaten eggs.

Once the eggs are floating up, transfer them to a bowl and serve with the leeks and finish.
