Pizza tofu

Slice the tofu into 4 equal parts, place a plate or other weight on it, and drain it for about 20 to 30 minutes.

Wipe off the drained tofu thoroughly and bake 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a heated frying pan. When it's golden brown, turn it over and salt and pepper.

Once both sides are golden brown, remove it onto a batter with 1 tsp olive oil (not included) and sprinkle with a small amount of salt (not included).

Spread one tablespoon of tomato sauce on top of the tofu and place the anchovies on top of the tofu and toss them off with your hands.

Sprinkle with an appropriate amount of oregano and place on top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Finally, turn about 1 tablespoon of olise oil (not included) and bake in the toaster oven until the cheese has melted (about 5 minutes). Place it on a plate and topped with Italian parsley to make it.
