Fried okra

Using mustard flour is fresher and more delicious than tube type mustard.
How to make it
1

Remove the okra from the stem and add batter in the order of flour → beaten egg → breadcrumbs.

2

In 170 degrees oil, pour it into a frying bowl for about a half minutes and sprinkle some salt.

3

Add some hot water to the mustard flour little by little, mix well to form a paste. Add 1 tsp of vinegar and leave for about 10 minutes. (Set it a little to increase the spicy taste.) After 10 minutes, add mayonnaise and mix well to make spicy mayonnaise.

4

Place fried okra on a plate and serve with spicy mayonnaise to complete it.
