Fried okra
Remove the stems from the okra and coat it in flour, then beaten egg, then breadcrumbs
Place in a deep frying tray in 170°C oil for about 1.5 minutes, then sprinkle with a little salt
Add hot water to the mustard powder little by little and mix well to form a paste. Add 1 teaspoon of vinegar and leave for about 10 minutes. (Leaving it for a while will increase the spiciness.) After 10 minutes, add mayonnaise and mix well to make mustard mayonnaise
Place the fried okra on a plate and garnish with mustard mayonnaise to complete the dish
