Tofu butter grilled
Cut firm tofu into rectangles and coat with flour and egg
Heat 10g of butter in a frying pan and slowly fry (1) over low heat
Fry on both sides until golden brown, drain excess oil with paper towels and place on a plate
Remove the tofu from the frying pan, add (A), and bring to a boil to make the sauce
