Shrimp frit

Peel the shrimp shell and remove the back cotton. Season it with salt, pepper and potato starch.

Stir the basic batter into the shrimp from [1] and fry in frying oil heated to 180°C until fluffy.

Cut the paprika into the same size as the shrimp, and fry it with a small amount of potato starch and sprinkle it with a batter.
Place it on a plate and sprinkle salt to finish off.
