Peel the shrimp and remove the vein from the back, then season with salt, pepper, and potato starch
Coat the shrimp in the basic batter (1) and fry in oil heated to 180°C until puffed up
Cut the peppers to the same size as the shrimp, coat them in a small amount of potato starch, and deep fry
Place on a plate and sprinkle with salt to finish
