How to make it

Soak the pork loin in a bowl overnight in a pickled sauce made from all the seasonings of <A> mixed together.

After marinating overnight, remove the pork and add 1.5 tablespoons of flour to make a batter.

Stir in the batter of [2] with the pork loin that you just took out. Cut the streaks with scissors and fry them in deep-fried oil until golden brown.

Fry the onion and paprika in the deep-fried oil shown in [3].

Heat 1 tablespoon of scallion oil in a frying pan and fry the chopped white leeks, ginger and garlic. Add <B> to the scent that is on the surface to make it cloudy.
