Marinate the pork loin overnight in the marinade made by mixing all the seasonings in (A) in a bowl
After marinating overnight, remove the pork and add 1.5 tablespoons of flour to coat it
Dip the pork loin meat into the batter from step (2). Cut the tendons with scissors and deep fry in oil until golden brown

Heat 1 tablespoon of scallion oil in a frying pan and fry the chopped white onion, ginger, and garlic. Once the aroma comes out, add (B) and let it become cloudy
Once the soy sauce has thickened, add the meat from [4] and mix well until the batter is coated with the sauce. Sprinkle with black pepper and it's done
