The bitter melon is thinly sliced, pour boiled water and cooked to create a crispy texture. This dish will increase your appetite with white miso-sold.

How to make it

Boil the shrimp, peel the shell, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Make a white miso salad batter. Add the seasonings to a bowl and mix well.

Half the bitter melon, remove the cotton inside, and slice it into thin slices about 1mm thick. Sprinkle salt and rub it, then wash off the salt with running water when it comes out.

Put bitter melon in a dish and pour boiled water. It has a quick twisting image. Put it in a colander and wipe off any moisture with kitchen paper.

Transfer the bitter melon to a bowl, add the [2] salad batter and mix.

Serve in a bowl and top with the shrimp from [1] to finish. Keep a little white miso salad batter and place it in the corner of the dish to make it look better.
