Sweet potato cream soup

Peel the Anno potatoes, cut half a month into half, about 2mm thick, and soak them in water.

Melt the butter in a large pot and fry the sliced onions over high heat. Once the onions are soft, add the bacon and fry slowly over low heat.

Add the drained Anno potatoes and broth to the pot and heat over high heat. Add salt and pepper and simmer for about 10 minutes. If it's boiling halfway through, add extra water, cover and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.

Remove from the heat, remove the heat, and place it in a blender. Once it becomes smooth, puree, use a fine sieve to sieve it further.

Transfer [4] to a pot, heat over low heat, and add milk little by little and spread it. Add fresh cream and salt to season, cook it for about 5 minutes and you're done. Place on a plate and topped with croutons and parsley.
