Grilled mushrooms with cheese
This Western-style dish uses two types of cheese: pizza cheese and Parmesan. It's also recommended as a snack to go with alcohol
How to make it

Chop mushrooms by hand or cut them into bite-sized pieces with a knife

Put into a frying pan and fry until softened, then add sake and continue frying

Add the pizza cheese and once it has melted, remove from the heat and serve in a serving dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to finish
