Stir-fried eggs
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the shirasu, chopped coriander, and the seasonings in [A] and mix well
Heat a frying pan with salad oil over high heat and pour in (1). Mix the egg mixture once and then shake the pan twice
Remove from heat and serve in a serving dish. Garnish with coriander for topping
