Stir-fried eggs
Break the eggs in a bowl, add the shirasu, chopped cilantro, and the seasonings [A] and mix well.
Put a frying pan with salad oil over high heat and pour in [1]. Mix the egg mixture and shake the frying pan twice.
Remove from the heat and serve in a bowl. Serve with cilantro for topping and finish.
