Taro mayonnaise salad
Rub onions with salt to remove the pungent taste. If you are adding raw onions to a salad, rub them with salt.
Peel the boiled taro and roughly mash it with a fork. Add lemon juice to season and let it cool
Thinly slice the onion, rub with salt, then rinse several times with water and squeeze thoroughly
Mix [1], [2], the split crab sticks, and chives, and place in ice water to cool
Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper and mix again. Serve on a plate and top with thinly sliced onions and parsley
