The best thing to eat is to pour just one drop of soy sauce on it. A drop highlights the sweetness and richness of the egg. By raising and cutting the eggs, the yolk does not leak out, making it look beautiful.
When boiling, mix the eggs with chopsticks for about a minute to mix the yolks into the center.

How to make it
1

Keep the eggs at room temperature. Boil water in a pot.
Gently place the eggs in a boiling water and boil for 5 minutes.

2

After 5 minutes, remove it in colander, drop it in ice water, and peel its shell.

3

Once you have peeled the shell, cut down a small portion of the butt and tip. (This way, the eggs will stand up so the yolk will not leak. The yolk is close to the buttocks. Make sure to cut it a little.)

4

Stand up the eggs, place the knife horizontally from the center, and cut it up immediately before the yolks leak. Place it on the dish and it's finished.
