Half-boiled egg
While boiling, stir the edges of the egg with chopsticks for about a minute, and the yolk will come to the center.
Bring the eggs to room temperature. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
Gently place the eggs in the boiling water and boil for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, drain in a colander, drop into ice water and peel
After peeling the shell, cut down the bottom and tip a little. (This will help the egg stand up and prevent the yolk from leaking out. The yolk is closest to the bottom. Make sure you only cut a little.)
Place the egg on a stand and cut it horizontally from the center with a knife, then quickly stand it up before the yolk leaks out. Place it on a plate and it's done
