Amaou tsuru

Add water, strawberry jam and agar to a pot, then over low heat to completely dissolve the agar.

Once the agar has melted, pour it over the bud and solidify it in the room temperature or in the fridge.

Once [2] has solidified, remove from the pad and cut into long, thin slices.

Cut the strawberries into 1/4 and put them in a bowl, pour an appropriate amount of strawberry jam. From there, topped with [3] and it's finished.
