Add water, strawberry jam and agar to a pot and heat over low heat until the agar is completely dissolved
Once the agar has dissolved, pour it into a tray and leave it at room temperature or in the refrigerator to harden
Once [2] has solidified, remove it from the tray and cut it into thin strips
Cut the strawberries into quarters and place them in a bowl. Pour in a moderate amount of strawberry jam. Then top with [3] and it's done
