Western-style compote stewed in white wine

It would also be delicious to place it on top of tart dough and bake it. It's boiled in white wine so it's refreshing, but it's also good to boil red wine to enjoy the richness.
How to make it

Add the ingredients [A] to the pot and heat it over high heat.

Once it boils, turn off the heat, add the 1st [1] Western-style simmer and simmer over medium heat for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Once the Western-style pot is clear, chill it with ice water.

Once the strawberries are removed, puree them using a blender, transfer them to a bowl, add lemon juice and white sugar, and mix.

Apply [5] to a plate and place the cold compote from [4] on top.

Place spoon-hollowed tiramisu cream over the compote and garnish with mint leaves and you're done.
