Pear compote in white wine
Add the ingredients in [A] to a pot and heat over high heat
Once boiling, turn off the heat, add the pears from [1] and simmer over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes
Once the pears are translucent, cool the pot in ice water
Remove the stems from the strawberries and puree them in a blender. Transfer to a bowl and mix with the lemon juice and caster sugar
Spread [5] on a plate and place the cooled compote [4] on top
Place the tiramisu cream scooped out with a spoon on top of the compote, and garnish with mint leaves to complete
