Greenpeace and clam egg
Boil the green peas briefly in water with a little salt (not included in the recipe). Remove the sand from the clams
Heat 1 tablespoon of scallion oil in a frying pan, add the clams and lightly fry, then add the sake and Chinese soup
Once the seasonings are boiling, cover and cook over medium heat until the clams open
Once the clams have opened, add the boiled green peas. Check the clams' saltiness and add more salt to taste
Add 1 tablespoon of scallion oil for flavor, then pour in the beaten eggs and cook until soft-cooked
