Stir-fried corn and squid with milk

Make a cut inside the squid.

Cut them shredded at right angles to the cutters and mix carefully, kneading each of the ingredients for the marinade one by one.

Add enough water to soak the squid, and 1 tablespoon salad oil (not included in the amount), and once it boils, quickly boil the squid and drain.

Boil corn and green peas.

Add ginger, sake, Chinese soup, boiled corn and green peas to a heated frying pan.

Add soy milk, salt and pepper to taste. To finish off, pour in water-soluble potato starch and it's done.
