Mushroom Sweet Shrimp Tartare

Coat the prepared shrimp with an appropriate amount of potato starch
Heat 2 tablespoons of salad oil in a frying pan and cook the shrimp (1)
In a bowl, add chopped boiled eggs, mayonnaise, and chopped coriander and mix well
Heat the mushroom sauce in a frying pan and spread it on a plate
Arrange the grilled shrimp on top and pour the tartar sauce (3) over it
Add a few drops of chili oil and it's done
