Fried white mushroom sauce

Drizzle the white fish with a little salt, pepper and flour, soak it on beaten eggs and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs.

Fry the white fish in frying oil heated to 180°C until the area is golden brown.
Once the surface is golden brown, drain the oil well. Spread mushroom sauce on lettuce washed and serve with fried white fish, then it's finished. Enjoy with lettuce and noshi sauce.
