Fried white mushroom sauce

Coat the white fish with a little salt, pepper and flour, then dip it in beaten egg and coat it in breadcrumbs
Deep fry the white fish in oil heated to 180°C until golden brown on all sides
Once the surface is golden brown, drain the oil thoroughly. Spread the mushroom sauce on washed lettuce and top with the fried white fish. Serve with the lettuce and mushroom sauce
