Rice with plenty of mushrooms mixed with china

Heat 1 tablespoon of scallion oil in a frying pan and fry the chopped shiitake mushrooms and maitake mushrooms. Add ginkgo to the mushrooms that have a strong aroma and fry until soft.

Once the mushrooms have come out of water, add <A> and allow to mix well.

Spread thinly sliced Chinese bacon over the hard cooked rice.

Place the sauce from [2] and the mushrooms tangled on top of [3], cover and steam for a few minutes. (It gives the aroma of rice steamed.)

Finish with shiso flowers. Mix well and enjoy.
