Asparagus China Risotto

Heat 1 tablespoon of scallion oil in a frying pan and fry the chopped onion. Once the onion has softened, add the rice that has been soaked in water for 30 minutes and fry
When the rice is slightly hot, add enough Chinese soup to just cover it and stir well with a ladle
Add thinly sliced China bacon and simmer for about 10 minutes to bring out the bacon's flavor
Once the rice is tender, add the chopped asparagus
Season with salt and pepper, add butter and Japanese peppercorns to bring out the aroma
Once the butter has melted, add the Gruyere cheese and mix well
Place on a plate and drizzle with 1 teaspoon of fragrant oil
