Manganji Chili pepper egg

Put a frying pan with scallion oil over high heat and fry the bite-sized chicken.

Add the chopped white green onions and ginger, and when the aroma comes out, add the seasoning [A].

Squeeze the tofu and add it to the frying pan by crushing it with your hands.

Add the bite-sized chili peppers to Manganji. Sprinkle with beaten eggs, cover and cook for about 1-2 minutes.

Once the eggs are cooked just enough, remove from the heat. Transfer to a bowl and topped with boiled sansho pepper if desired.
